Vision
The Capital Law College aspires to preeminence with a faculty widely recognized for successful and innovative teaching in traditional and emerging areas of the law and for scholarly achievement. To impart qualitative legal education to 3 years LL.B as well as 5years Integrated BA.LL.B(Hons) education in Law and make equipped students with necessary qualitative skills and capabilities to understand and implement the complex process of enactment, enforcement and interpretation of law with a view to secure equitable justice in the society.
Mission
To provide an excellent, innovative sophisticated program of legal education to a diverse student body of high academic quality and diversity. To serve the community through the provision of legal services to marginalized community people through legal aid clinics and through pro bono representation by faculty and students. To serve as institutional citizens and contribute to the missions of the Capital Law College and the Utkal University. To provide infrastructure for existence and excellence running of the College programs. To create leadership in the sphere of legal education by example and to maintain the status of the leading institution imparting legal education.
